We have an Australian-based client who is looking for a skilled administrator to join its growing offshore team.

The client is an accounting firm in Queensland that specialises in providing quality accounting, tax, business improvement, financial planning and risk management advice. They currently employ three offshore staff.

They are looking for someone who will fit into their group of accountants not only in Australia but in the Philippines as well.

The role includes:

  • Setting up workpapers
  • Creating accounting software reports
  • Processing tax returns
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining ASIC compliance (Company registrations)

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is a must
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to accurately follow procedures
  • Ability to work with a team

System Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection (at least 50 MBPS)

Work Setup and schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Day Shift (8 Hours)
  • Fixed Saturday and Sunday off
  • Remote/Work-from-home
  • A separate room to undertake work is required
